By placing an order with Xtreme Stitch & Print, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders & Approval

All orders must be approved before production begins. Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs, spelling, sizing, colors, quantities, and artwork placement prior to approval.

Once approval is given, Xtreme Stitch & Print is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.

Payments

Payment in full or a deposit may be required before production begins depending on the order type and size.

Production Times

Estimated turnaround times begin after final artwork approval and payment confirmation. Production timelines may vary depending on product availability, order size, and seasonal demand.

Customer-Supplied Items

We are not responsible for damage, inconsistencies, or replacement of customer-supplied garments or products during the decoration process.

Artwork & Design Files

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights or permission to use submitted logos, artwork, or designs.

Color & Product Variations

Due to screen settings, garment materials, and production methods, slight variations in color, placement, or sizing may occur.

Intellectual Property

All custom artwork, mockups, and designs created by Xtreme Stitch & Print remain the property of Xtreme Stitch & Print unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Refund & Return Policy

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are generally final.

Custom Orders

Custom apparel and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a production error or defect caused by Xtreme Stitch & Print.

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items so we can review and work toward a solution.

Non-Custom Items

Non-custom retail items may be eligible for exchange or store credit if unused and returned in original condition.

Approved Proofs

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork proofs before production. Refunds or reprints will not be issued for customer-approved errors
