Artwork & Mockup Approval Policy
We want every order to look exactly how you envisioned it.
Proof Approval
Digital proofs or mockups may be provided before production. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing:
- Spelling
- Names
- Dates
- Sizes
- Colors
- Artwork placement
- Quantities
Final Approval
Once approval is submitted, production will begin. Changes requested after approval may result in additional fees or production delays.
Artwork Quality
Low-resolution images or poor-quality artwork may affect print or embroidery results. Additional artwork setup or design fees may apply when adjustments are needed.
Design Ownership
Artwork created by Xtreme Stitch & Print may not be reproduced, copied, or used elsewhere without written permission.
Turnaround Time Policy
At Xtreme Stitch & Print, we work hard to provide quality products with reliable turnaround times.
Standard Production
Most orders are completed within 5–10 business days after artwork approval and payment confirmation.
Specialty Orders
Large orders, specialty products, patches, banners, and custom items may require additional production time.
Rush Orders
Rush production may be available depending on workload and product availability. Additional rush fees may apply.
Shipping & Delays
Turnaround estimates do not include shipping transit times. Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, supply shortages, or circumstances outside our control may occur.
